Cancellation

Up to 3 months before the agreed day of arrival of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled by a unilateral declaration of the contracting party without payment of a cancellation fee.

Beyond the period specified in § 5.5, cancellation by unilateral declaration of the Party is possible only upon payment of the following cancellation fees:

– up to 1 month before the arrival date 40% of the total arrangement price (90 – 31 days before arrival)

– up to 1 week before the arrival date 70% of the total arrangement price (30 – 8 days before arrival)

– in the last week before the arrival date 90% of the total arrangement price. (7 – 0 days before arrival),

– also applies to an early departure! or a failure to start the trip

For your own safety, we would like to remind you to take out your travel cancellation insurance. Because pulling together, is a relaxed vacation.
