Small cultural stories and rural traditions are also reflected in our cuisine. From the Walsertal cheese soup, the bacon burger “Walser Style” to the Sonnasita grill plate. We pay attention to the use of regional ingredients such as organic chicken, mountain beef and alpine pork, raised on the lush mountain meadows of the Walsertal.

In the evening you can enjoy our evening menu with us.
